Capricorn career Horoscope

October 2026 - Power and prestige are exciting, but they can also be a little overwhelming. If both are coming your way at work, give yourself space to take it all in, and don't be surprised if a few mixed feelings sneak in. Stay calm and keep going. Your results are good, and they only get better, impressing you and everyone around you. Discipline is your key to success, so lean into it. Stay alert for a last-minute snag that only you can handle. A concert, gallery, or evening of theater could inspire fresh business ideas. Finally, keep your files and systems well organized; it will pay off.
